The molecular functions of proteins (e.g. ligand-binding) are governed by networks of molecular interactions such as hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions. We have precomputed interaction networks for a range of molecular families and made visualization and comparison of these networks available in this atlas.
Interactions have been computed using the GetContacts framework and are visualized using Flareplots and the NGL Viewer.
